Google has officially started recommending buyers of NexusOne to instead buy the upcoming HTC Droid Incredible. On its NexusOne purchase site Google has posted a little note for buyers on Verizon Network regarding this.

For Verizon’s network, you can buy the Droid Incredible by HTC, a powerful Android phone and similarly feature-packed cousin of the Nexus One.

Based on this it looks like Google has shelved its plan of introducing NexusOne on Verizon network indefinitely.
