BoyGeniusReport is reporting that a known tipster has tipped them of about Palm and Sprint getting ready to make a big announcement about the Palm Pre release dates in the Wall Street Journal on May 19th.
Else where a forum user LemonadeRDX has posted some photos of the Palm Pre box that were found on a Chinese forum site.

Palm today introduced its latest handset, named the Pre. Featuring a 3.1-inch, 480×320 touchscreen, a dedicated gesture area below the display, a vertical slide-out QWERTY keyboard, and more, the device is aimed at the same market as the iPhone.
