AT&T tops in PCWorld’s Second 3G Wireless Performance Test

In their latest tests across 13 cities, PCWorld has found that, AT&T’s download speeds were 67 percent faster on average than those of the other three largest U.S. wireless providers–Sprint, T-Mobile, and Verizon.

As per the test results, AT&T has significantly improved in all areas as compared to the tests that were conducted last spring. 

AT&T’s average download speed increased to 1410 kbps as compared to 818 kbps previously. In terms of network’s reliability PCWorld testers obtained a usable broadband connection with AT&T, 94 percent of their attempts. This number was only 68 percent last time around. For more info visit PCWORLD
