T-Mobile sets prices and release dates for HTC HD2 and Motorola CLIQ XT

T-Mobile has finally announced that the Android-powered Motorola CLIQ XT will be available in the stores from today. It has set a price tag of $129.99 with a two-year contract and after rebates. This is the 2nd Android based phone from Motorola following the very popular Motorola Droid. Verizon starts selling Samsung Omnia II

Sprint sends OTA software update for HTC Hero that fixes SMS bug

Sprint has started sending over-the-air software update to the Sprint Hero handsets. This firmware fixes many issues prominent among them being the daylight savings bug and the bug with the SMS causing battery drain.
If you didn’t automatically receive the OTA software updated versioned 1.56.651.2 then do the following:

Go to Settings
Select About
Select System Updates
Then select Firmware Update.
